The Learning Labyrinth is accredited to use Belbin Team-Roles. Belbin is a well researched and highly regarded assessment tool which provides individuals with personal insight on how they behave in teams. This self-awareness can then be used as a basis for personal and team development.
We have been using Belbin successfully for many years, often as a starting point in our team development events, leadership and management programmes and 1:1 coaching sessions.
